Flex Term Rental connects travelers directly to apartment communities, ensuring that you will receive the best price by signing a lease directly with the property. We never charge a booking fee for stays booked on our website and never charge a locator fee to the apartment community.
Each apartment community pays a monthly subscription fee to Flex Multifamily which includes a listing on Flex Term Rental.
